Flat Dark Earth DLC Bolt Carrier Group (5.56mm / .300 BLK)

Our M16-profile FDE bolt carrier group features a carrier and gas key finished with IonBond's Flat Dark Earth DLC (diamond like carbon) coating. FDE DLC offers lower friction, and easier cleaning, and better lubricity (including a lower overall need for lubrication) compared to a standard mil-spec manganese phosphate bolt carrier group. The bolt itself features black DLC and is MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspected). For added long-term reliability, our gas keys are staked using OCKS screws (Optimized Carrier Key Screw) which feature sharp, deep, effective knurling to ensure superior staking.
